By registering for and attending the Setgyallery Tips & Tricks Workshop, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines are here to help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

☆ Workshop Registration

Eligibility

Participants must be 16 years or older to attend.

Payment

All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Confirmation

Your spot is secured only once payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

☆ Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel, you must notify us at least 7 days before the workshop to receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the workshop.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.

☆ Workshop Conduct

Arrival

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full value and experience of the session.

Behaviour

We have a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Anyone acting inappropriately may be removed from the workshop without refund.

Materials

All tools and materials will be provided. You are responsible for treating the space and equipment with care. Any damage to equipment or property may result in additional charges.

Personal Responsibility

All participants attend at their own risk. Setgyallery is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the workshop.

Belongings

We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items brought to the session.

☆ Intellectual Property

Workshop Content

All designs, demonstrations, and materials shared during the workshop remain the intellectual property of Setgyallery and its instructors. These may not be replicated or redistributed without permission.

☆ Photography & Recording

Participant Content

You’re welcome to take photos or short clips for personal use or social sharing, but full recordings or capture of proprietary techniques is not permitted.

Official Media

Photos and videos may be taken by Setgyallery or designated photographers during the session. These may be used for promotional purposes across social platforms or marketing content. Attendance implies consent to be included in such media.

Data Collection

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for workshop administration and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
