Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipping. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

All orders are shipped from London, UK via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once your order has shipped.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any delivery issues, please email setgyallery@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Coudicle cuticle oils once they have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at setgyallery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review your request and do our best to resolve it.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging if a return or replacement is approved.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
